It really comes down to the relationship between wattage, lamp length, and how much light actually hits the surface. With a modular setup, you can dial in the exact power density your ink needs. If you’re running high-speed PET or textiles, you can stack those modules to crank up the intensity. But there’s a catch. High-wattage tubes gethot. Really hot. You’ve got to make sure your cooling or air extraction can keep up with that thermal load. If the material overheats, you’re looking at warping or bubbles, and nobody wants to scrap a whole run because of that.
