Here’s the rub: if you crank the power too high, you’ll scorch your material. Too low? Your ink stays tacky and sticky. Fitting it into your shop
Nobody has infinite floor space. That’s why we keep our lamps compact. They’re designed to slide right into tight production lines, whether you’re swapping out an ancient mercury system or adding a new stage to your conveyor. And we don’t cut corners on the guts. We use heavy-duty connectors and shielded cables. Why? Because the last thing you need is electrical noise messing with your sensors or crashing your PLC in the middle of a run.
The heat struggle
Here is the trade-off you have to watch out for: intensity equals heat. We can push the curing speed to help you get more orders out the door, but you’ve got to keep your conveyor speed in sync. If the belt crawls too slowly, that heat builds up and can warp thin films. It’s a nightmare to fix once it happens. Make sure your cooling fans or air-knives are up to the task. We provide the raw power—you just need to manage the timing to keep everything stable.
