Technical Deep-Dive
Here’s the power behind it: a 400V, 2500W setup. Running at 400V pushes serious current through the filament, so you get intense output that can punch through thick coatings. The 300mm active length focuses all that energy into a tight space, so it slips right into the curing chambers you already have. That kind of power density hits peak temperatures fast. But it also means your cooling system needs to be ready for the extra heat. Plan for airflow, and you’ll be fine.
Material & Design
Inside, you’ve got a quartz envelope filled with halogen gas. That combo protects the filament from burning out early and keeps the output steady over the life of the tube. The quartz also handles UV transmission well and takes the thermal shock of rapid on/off cycles like a champ—exactly what a production floor demands. For installation, we use the R7s connector. It’s a standard, tough two-pin design, so the lamp is a true drop-in replacement. Wire it up, clamp it in, and it stays put.
Application & Benefits
