Stop Fighting With Off-the-Shelf UV Lamps
If you’re coming to the 2026 Printing Exhibition, come swing by our booth. We’re showing off our custom UV lamp modules, but here’s the deal: these aren’t your typical bulbs you just grab from a catalog. We build these for the OEM folks who are tired of trying to cram a standard curing system into a high-speed line where it just doesn’t fit. Getting the power right It all comes down to the math of wattage and irradiance. When you’re running ink at high speeds, you’ve only got a few milliseconds to get that energy dose exactly right. We handle the heavy lifting by tweaking the electrode geometry and gas fill to hit your specific targets. If you’re working with wide-format printers, we’ll scale the length and power so the cure is consistent from edge to edge. No worrying about cold spots or half-dried ink. Dealing with the heat Let’s be honest—high-wattage lamps get hot. Really hot. If you don’t manage that heat, you’re going to scorch your materials or fry your reflectors. To stop that from happening, we build cooling jackets—either air or water—right into the module. You just need to make sure your chiller or blower can keep up with the wattage we’re pumping out. We also use heavy-duty industrial connectors, so you don’t have to worry about your wiring melting during a long shift. Your machine, your rules We aren’t here to tell you how to build your chassis. We don’t do “standard sizes” if they don’t work for you. Instead, we work from your CAD files. Whether you need a weird mounting bracket or a specific length to match your print head array, we make it a drop-in fit. You don’t have to redesign your entire machine layout just to fit our lamp. We provide the raw power. You handle the trigger and the conveyor speed. Simple as that.
