We figure out exactly what it takes to trigger the chemistry in your specific resin or ink. Now, sure, high-wattage tubes give you that raw punch you need for fast line speeds. But they gethot. Really hot. If you push for max output without dialing in your conveyor cooling or your air-gap, you’re going to end up with warped substrates. Nobody wants that.
The Glass and the Glow
We use high-purity fused quartz. Why? Because cheap glass blocks the UV wavelengths you actually need to get the job done. Depending on what you’re working on, we can tweak the glass or use specific phosphors to shift the peak wavelength. It solves that annoying problem where the surface looks dry, but the bottom layer is still tacky. Plus, these things are built to take a beating. Factories are messy, loud, and harsh. We make sure the seals won’t leak or crack when the temperature swings from freezing to boiling.
